Do you buy property in any condition?

Yes. Many of the properties we buy are in need of some renovation, which is why they are often harder to sell through estate agents.

Do you buy properties in all areas?

Yes. Although we are based in the North West we will look at property anywhere

How much will I get for my property?

Bearing in mind the type and location of the property. We usually pay between 75% and 90% of the open-market value (the price you could expect to achieve within 6 weeks if selling the property through an estate agent).

What sort of properties do you buy?

We buy all types of residential property; houses flats and HMOs

How long will it take to complete?

We can complete to suit you, within 7 days if neccessary.

If you wish, we are happy to exchange contracts to give you the benefit of a legally binding purchase, and then arrange the sale's completion to suit youself (although this is normally a maximum of 3 months,a longer-term agreement can always be discussed.

I am in arrears with mortgage payments - can you still help

Of course, we can, as long as you have some equity in the property.

How soon would I have to leave the property?

We try to fit in with your circumstances. We can arrange for you to stay in the property for a maximum of 6 months (longer in certain circumstances).A rent-back scheme is available at todays market rates..

How much will it cost me?

There are no hidden fees for our service.

Should your property be already for sale with an estate agent, they may request a fee, but you won't have to pay us anything. Unlike many other companies who charge for a survey even before they make you an offer, we are happy to give you a valuation without cost.
